There is a wide variety of office paper, which can be classified into the following categories based on function:
1. Copy paper: The workhorse of everyday office use, suitable for laser printers, copiers, and other devices. Common specifications include 70 g/m² and 80 g/m² A4 size; it features a dense texture and moderate whiteness. When selecting, keep in mind that unbleached white paper is easier on the eyes and best for internal use, while bleached paper offers better color reproduction and is more suitable for external documents.
